ENTRY POLICY

All items are subject to visual inspection by security personnel. Only clear tote bags (12"x12"x6" or smaller) and clutch purses (under 9" x 5" x 2" or smaller) are allowed. When an infant is present, diaper bags and strollers are permitted. Outside food and beverage are allowed but the items must conform the Chicago Auto Show's bag policy. Food and beverages are available for purchase on-site.

CASHLESS PAYMENTS ONLY

McCormick Place is a cashless venue; cash will not be accepted for food, beverage, and merchandise purchases. Because of this policy, the Chicago Auto Show box office will only accept credit/debit card payments.

ON-SITE PARKING

McCormick Place provides ample on-site parking in Lots A, B and C. In addition, parking is available in the South Soldier Field lot. Parking is not controlled by the auto show, various rates apply. Please visit our Directions & Parking page for more information.

Tickets purchased here are valid for any public day of the 2024 Chicago Auto Show, Feb. 10-19 (UNLESS EXPLICITLY NOTED). Tickets may only be used for one entry. There are NO REFUNDS, all ticket sales are final. 

- DO NOT USE DEBIT CARDS UNLESS YOU HAVE ENABLED ONLINE TRANSACTIONS. Why?

- EVERY ATTENDEE MUST HAVE A TICKET, including infants and children. Child and infant tickets must be purchased with an accompanying adult or senior ticket. 

- Total purchase price subject to 9% Chicago Amusement Tax and 3% Cook County Amusement Tax.

- A $0.50 convenience fee will be added to the cost of each paid ticket.

Upon completing your ticket purchase, you have the option of printing your tickets or displaying your tickets on your phone.
